Client Care Representative - Brisbane | FT

Provide exceptional client service as the welcoming face of a hearing clinic in Brisbane. Manage audiologist appointment scheduling, greet clients, update records, and handle client/doctor enquiries via phone and email. Support day-to-day clinic operations including basic troubleshooting and servicing of hearing devices, accurate appointment billing, and other general office duties. Work Monday to Friday in a permanent full-time role with full training and weekends free.
