Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic customer engagement, aligning with technical and engineering leaders to translate customer requirements into Okta CIAM solutions and executive-level messaging.
•Deliver interactive presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored content for diverse audiences across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Whiteboard solution architecture and design outcome-focused POCs to demonstrate Okta CIAM value in real customer contexts.
•Maintain deep technical understanding of Okta customer identity product lines and related protocols to support customer conversations and solution architecture.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of global initiatives and deliver customer-centric content across multiple business units.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a presales or customer-facing role, including at least 3 years experience with CIAM projects
•8+ years of development experience, preferably focused on application integration with identity services
•8+ years of experience working with REST APIs and SDKs
•Experience with customer identity and access management solutions (Okta/Auth0)
•Experience with authentication or authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
