Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to assist the system users to expand their knowledge of the JIC Systems capabilities and functions.
  • •Resolve Tactical Data Link technical issues that may arise.
  • •Provide on-site support (training and mentoring).
  • •Field support to test and training activities, and
  • •Perform helpdesk duties.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years’ experience in Tactical Data Link operations.
  • •COMSEC / High Assurance Crypto Equipment (HACE) experience.
  • •Operation of tactical and strategic RF communication equipment.
  • •Ability to clearly and effectively communicate concepts and provide technical system functionality descriptions.
  • •Development, and update of mixed media training materials.
