Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct feasibility studies, CAPEX assessments, and procurement reports for industrial and manufacturing projects.
  • •Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, detailed cost plans, and manage contract administration.
  • •Lead cost planning and budgeting, presenting cost strategies and forecasts to clients and stakeholders.
  • •Apply value engineering and life-cycle costing to improve project performance and investment value.
  • •Manage procurement and commercial activities (tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, supplier selection), control budgets via change management and cost tracking, and negotiate final accounts while mentoring junior team members as required.

Key Requirements

  • •5-9 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, energy, or process industries.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Highly desirable: RICS, AACE, CCP, or equivalent certifications.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus CostX; working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools; strong client-facing, negotiation, change management, and team leadership skills.
