Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver the Operational Insight strategy aligned to business priorities and operational objectives.
•Create an enterprise-wide vision for operational reporting, management information, and decision support.
•Lead analysis to identify operational trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into recommendations.
•Develop modern dashboards and executive reporting, simplifying reporting through automation and standardisation.
•Lead and develop the Operational Insight team, build capability across the business, and establish governance and reporting principles.
