Job Summary

Assist Whole Loan Operations business leaders with the daily operations of the whole loan trading business across the TCBI Securities and TCB Mortgage Finance divisions. Establish processes and efficient technology use to ensure timely loan purchases that meet regulatory and investor requirements. Coordinate with other areas to implement new products, redesign processes, improve technology solutions, and drive channel innovation, while serving as a liaison to business leaders and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Whole Loan Operations business leaders in daily operations of the whole loan trading business for the TCBI Securities and TCB Mortgage Finance divisions.
•Establish processes, procedures, and efficient technology use to help ensure loans are purchased in a timely manner while meeting regulatory and investor requirements.
•Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements and automation of loan review and purchase.
•Serve as liaison between business leaders and IT partners to develop solution implementations and ensure policies and procedures are followed with third-party partners.
•Create and maintain training materials and channel reports/scorecards, and support whole loan sales and related warehouse lending operations as needed.
