Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of engineered-to-order Data Center and critical infrastructure projects from purchase order receipt through final handover.
  • •Build, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle in partnership with the Sales team.
  • •Drive project financial performance and risk management, including cost control, variation management, forecasting, margin optimization, revenue recognition, and risk registers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project or site management experience in construction, critical infrastructure, electrical systems, or industrial automation environments.
  • •Proven track record delivering large-scale complex projects with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • •Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) focused on construction and electrical infrastructure.
  • •Strong experience with electrical power distribution, power management systems, UPS, critical power infrastructure, building management systems, or automation and controls.
