Job Summary

Join the R&D Value Creation Packaging team as an intern working on flexible resin packaging concepts, shelf-life studies, and cross-functional projects. You will help develop and test packaging structures, perform pilot plant trials, analyze packaging performance, and present findings to senior stakeholders within the D&EM R&D group.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify structures and products to conduct DoE studies and consolidate data into reports/technical knowledge bases
•Contribute to the technical Shelf-life studies of flexible resin packaging, perform pilot plant trials, and conduct analytical and sensory assessments
•Develop and initiate cross-functional Shelf-life studies, align with R&D Packaging and Product stakeholders, and present findings
•Build analytical data on flexible packaging characteristics and understand correlations with product quality and shelf-life
•Present project status and key findings to senior stakeholders and participate in team/zone connects and category meetings

Key Requirements

•You must be enrolled at a university for at least 50% of your study load for the duration of the internship
•EU working rights are required (EU citizenship, studying in the Netherlands, or valid student work visa)
•Fluent in English (written and verbal); Dutch is not required but other languages are a plus
•Non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the whole duration of the internship
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
