Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead partner-led implementation projects and drive shared ownership for best client outcomes.
  • •Oversee partner projects to ensure shared implementation framework and methodologies are established and followed.
  • •Coordinate communication between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams for smooth project delivery and transitions.
  • •Provide partner delivery assurance for add-on projects and serve as a go-to resource for technical and business needs.
  • •Support integrations and onboarding, act as an escalation point for technical issues, and enable internal teams with training and documentation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in financial services or consulting in related fields in client/partner-facing roles.
  • •2+ years of experience implementing Addepar clients.
  • •Deep understanding of both finance and technology, with a passion for solving problems for enterprise engagements.
  • •Experience providing hands-on instruction and enabling partners/clients to become proficient and self-sufficient with software functions.
  • •Programming/scripting experience, specifically Python.
