Job Summary

Join the Digital organization as an SRE focused on building and operating highly reliable, high-availability services. You will implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), monitor production and non-production systems using Datadog and Splunk, and support containerized deployments on Docker/EKS. You’ll define SLIs, troubleshoot complex incidents, automate testing and deployment quality gates, and help grow SRE competency through technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization, preferred with GitLab.
•Monitor production and non-production systems and help resolve issues using Datadog.
•Maintain containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies.
•Work with product and development teams to scale application and infrastructure while ensuring performance and high availability.
•Collaborate on defining SLIs, evolve CI/CD monitorability, automate testing/quality gates, and provide 24/7 on-call support in rotation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in DevOps and SRE.
•Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across the organization (GitLab preferred).
•Strong experience with Maven/Gradle, npm/Yarn, and YAML.
•Strong experience with Unix/Linux and Docker/EKS/containerized applications.
•Experience with noSQL databases such as Couchbase and monitoring/log analysis using Datadog and Splunk.
