•Lead end-to-end delivery of software and system-level features across embedded, mobile, cloud, and hybrid product architectures.
•Coordinate and synchronize across multiple engineering teams to design, build, integrate, test, and release high-quality software on schedule.
•Manage interdependencies across disciplines, identifying requirements, architectural convergence points, and cross-team risks early.
•Drive work planning and release planning, ensuring clear objectives, milestones, and required resources.
•Identify and manage technical and program risks, escalating when necessary and driving mitigation strategies.

•Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
•BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees welcome; Scrum Master or SAFe certification is a plus
