Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and monitor the annual operational plan for the section, including KPIs, targets, projects and budgets.
•Propose and update procurement policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance with related regulations.
•Prepare performance and achievement reports and regularly submit data, proposing improvements per quality standards.
•Oversee procurement activities under the government contracts law and ensure compliance with related regulations.
•Develop and implement the annual procurement plan in coordination with relevant units to meet the authority's needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Procurement/Contracts Government Procurement or equivalent from an accredited university.
•7+ years of relevant procurement experience.
•Knowledge of Dubai Government procurement law and related regulations; ensure compliance.
•Ability to develop, implement, and monitor annual procurement plans, with KPIs, targets, projects and budgets.
•Experience managing supplier relationships, evaluating bids, tenders, direct purchases and RFQs with internal stakeholders.
