Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with community organisations, ethnic media, cultural associations, religious institutions, and remittance-adjacent businesses across key US cities
  • •Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline, tracking deal value, activation timelines, and revenue impact
  • •Develop co-marketing and referral arrangements that drive measurable customer acquisition at efficient CAC
  • •Represent TTS at senior levels with external partners, acting as the face of the corridor
  • •Design and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across the South Asia corridor, combining offline community activations, digital campaigns, ambassador programmes and influencer partnerships

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development or community marketing — ideally within fintech or a consumer startup; serving diaspora communities a plus
  • •A proven track record of building and closing partnerships that delivered measurable commercial outcomes
  • •Deep existing networks within South Asian communities in the US — you are known and trusted in these spaces
  • •Strong commercial acumen — you can connect partnership activity to business results
  • •Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to operate credibly at a senior level
