Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee all site construction activities within the assigned project scope.
  • •Monitor contractor performance against approved schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • •Drive construction progress and proactively resolve site issues affecting delivery.
  • •Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, authorities, and client representatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with specifications/drawings/permits, chair progress meetings, and manage inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years total experience in construction management.
  • •Minimum 8 years in a Consultant / PMC / PMCM environment.
  • •Proven experience as a Construction Manager (or Senior Construction Manager) in a leadership role.
  • •Strong experience delivering large-scale infrastructure/public realm/mixed-use/transportation/urban development projects and managing contractors on behalf of the client.
