Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the care home mini bus for residents to and from local stations/pick up points (day and night).
  • •Possibly complete MIDAS training to transport residents on day trips.
  • •Demonstrate politeness and courtesy with residents and colleagues in a customer-focused environment.
  • •Adapt to flexible needs and build trusting relationships with people.
  • •Ensure safety and comfort during transport, including wheelchair restraints and tail-lift operation where applicable.
