Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of the Total Rewards agenda across LATAM, translating strategy into compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
  • •Serve as a trusted Rewards advisor to HR and business leaders, guiding reward decisions on compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, and workforce planning.
  • •Partner with global and regional HR teams to implement and sustain Rewards programs, policies, frameworks, and governance across LATAM.
  • •Drive annual Rewards processes (e.g., salary reviews, incentive plans, market pricing, job architecture, pay transparency, benefits governance) and ensure compliance with local legislation and policies.
  • •Monitor and improve Rewards program effectiveness using KPIs, benchmarking, and employee feedback; support communications and change management for adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or another applicable field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of broad-based human resources experience with significant experience influencing.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish (writing and speaking).
  • •Portuguese is strongly desired.
  • •Experience at influencing and delivering rewards/HR initiatives in a complex environment; experience in food/flavours manufacturing desirable.
