Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments, starting with the Inpatient Capacity solution.
  • •Partner with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to identify and implement client-value solutions.
  • •Lead the full deployment lifecycle from kickoff to go-live by prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • •Provide technical project leadership and manage complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams.
  • •Engage client organizations to drive workflow and tool adoption, mitigate risks, and advise Delivery leaders on project opportunities and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project/program management for enterprise-wide SaaS implementations, including understanding business requirements and technical capabilities.
  • •5+ years of experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
  • •5+ years working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and deliver milestones.
  • •Experience with Epic integrations and build, including certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules/applications.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with tools such as data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL code, and complex Excel functions.
