Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop system engineering plans, processes, system definitions, technical requirements, and system architectures.
  • •Manage technical requirements using tools and techniques (DOORS, ComplyPro) and deliver systems engineering processes supporting customer requirements.
  • •Evaluate relationships between system requirements and design/development requirements; develop scope of work and work packages with clients.
  • •Provide specialized technical input to studies and design within your area of expertise; develop procedures to enable high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
  • •Participate in multidisciplinary reviews; perform quality control of calculations/drawings; prepare technical specification sections; support cost, budget, and schedule development.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • •Chartered Engineer.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Railway systems safety and assurance experience, including system safety and interoperability.
  • •Knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
