Senior Theatre Practitioner Scrub - Cardiac Thoracic

Provide skilled scrub/technical support as part of the operating theatre team, assisting with patient preparation, intra-operative support in anaesthetics and surgery, specimen handling, and immediate post-operative and initial emergency care. Help control cross-infection, maintain decontamination and asepsis standards, and support induction and orientation for new staff, including assisting with junior staff personal development plans. Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of an advanced practitioner.
