Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the implementation of a long-term vision and strategy to maximize future business value while aligning with current and future customer needs.
•Oversee departmental capabilities by ensuring necessary competencies for introducing new technology, including resource allocation and technology oversight.
•Ensure an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment by motivating, challenging, and coaching employees and driving engagement.
•Drive outstanding project execution by refining project management practices and continuously improving to surpass customer expectations.
•Provide technological leadership for a hardware or software team, integrating development with industrialization and initial purchasing, and supporting quality technology roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Innovation, Business, or an equivalent field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master’s degree in areas such as Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, Management, System Design, R&D, or equivalent.
•Demonstrated experience leading project execution and refining project management practices to exceed customer expectations.
•Experience providing technological leadership for a hardware or software team and influencing development policies and strategies.
•Proven people management experience, including talent selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development.
