Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Operations team on annual capital and operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • •Work with the regional finance team to ensure proper execution of month-end and year-end closings and validate transactions.
  • •Perform monthly reporting in standard formats within deadlines, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end updates and outlooks.
  • •Conduct inquiries and analyses to explain variances between budgeted and actual figures, and prepare year-end reports and future projections.
  • •Manage and control costs with business units, identify cost-saving opportunities, and review customers’ contracts and rental contracts for durations, values, and financial risks/opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
  • •2–4 years of experience.
  • •Analytical skills to evaluate financial data, operational processes, and performance metrics.
  • •Strong attention to detail for reviewing reports, budgets, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems (Power BI or Tableau is an advantage).
