Job Summary

Act as a Finance Business Controller finance partner, bridging Finance and business units to provide strategic oversight and control. You’ll collaborate on annual budgets, forecasts, month-end/year-end closings, and variance explanations, and produce standard monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting with future projections. Monitor and control financial information, support cost management and savings opportunities, assess contract terms and risks, and provide financial education to non-finance teams while supporting ad hoc requests from top management.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Operations team on annual capital and operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting and analysis.
•Work with the regional finance team to ensure proper execution of month-end and year-end closings and validate transactions.
•Perform monthly reporting in standard formats within deadlines, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end updates and outlooks.
•Conduct inquiries and analyses to explain variances between budgeted and actual figures, and prepare year-end reports and future projections.
•Manage and control costs with business units, identify cost-saving opportunities, and review customers’ contracts and rental contracts for durations, values, and financial risks/opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
•2–4 years of experience.
•Analytical skills to evaluate financial data, operational processes, and performance metrics.
•Strong attention to detail for reviewing reports, budgets, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems (Power BI or Tableau is an advantage).
