Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and product knowledge within the turf line to support Sales and Operations teams. Partner with Business Development and Key Account Managers and store personnel to solve customer technical challenges, communicate product value, and differentiate offerings. Coordinate and facilitate customer and employee training with vendor reps, promote adoption of new tools, and manage turf and accessory inventory—ordering, replenishment, and transfer-based turf cutting—while supporting safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and store teams to address customer needs and technical challenges.
•Communicate product value propositions and differentiate SiteOne’s products and services to customers and internal stakeholders.
•Coordinate and facilitate customer and employee training sessions, including product demonstrations, with vendor representatives.
•Manage turf and accessory inventory to ensure product accuracy and availability, including ordering and replenishment.
•Cut turf to order based on transfer requests and coordinate transfers and deliveries with the Dispatch team while overseeing safe equipment operation.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
