Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery execution and delivery excellence in adherence to SLAs.
  • •Manage account delivery and management of all projects under the assigned account, including SLAs, reviews, resource planning, CSAT, and budget.
  • •Coordinate capacity planning and timely staffing with WMG, partnering with Horizontal PMs to align delivery execution.
  • •Track and monitor project KPIs and account-level metrics, including reporting formats and cost forecast tracking; provide inputs to Delivery director for cost metrics.
  • •Lead account governance activities (e.g., QBRs, MBRs), validate invoices and follow up on collections, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout delivery.
