Key Responsibilities

•Reviews requisitions for clarity and accuracy, obtains current quotes from suppliers and processes requisitions to purchase orders
•Manages approval workflow of purchase orders, ensuring appropriate parties review and approve all purchases prior to transmission of PO to supplier
•Monitors past due or partially received POs to ensure all items are received prior to payment
•Works with accounting to resolve supplier payment discrepancies and issues
•Maintains electronic document database, ensuring appropriate documentation is always filed and current

Key Requirements

•B.E/B.Tech in Industrial Engg, or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain preferred.
•Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Purchasing operations.
•Advanced user skills of planning software such as Anaplan, MS Excel, Access required.
•Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing, and interpreting large dataset.
•Experience managing people (preferred).
