Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure HSE compliance on all workstations and sites.
  • •Define, validate and update manufacturing methods, routings, tooling and work instructions to meet cost, lead time, cycle time and quality targets.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, enhance safety, reduce rejects and optimize resources.
  • •Provide operational support and training to production teams and ensure proper application of procedures.
  • •Manage documentation and track technical dossiers, capturing lessons learned and maintaining up-to-date technical records.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and management, write specifications for subcontractors, lead industrial reviews and participate in supply chain qualifications; supervise an apprentice or intern.

Key Requirements

  • •You hold an engineering degree or equivalent with experience in electronic assembly processes for sub-assemblies
  • •Strong technical management mindset and a taste for technical leadership
  • •Demonstrate dynamism, teamwork, rigor and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
  • •Experience in defining and optimizing manufacturing methods, including creating/updating routings, tooling and work instructions
  • •Ability to supervise or mentor trainees/apprentices and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
