Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide best-practice project controls across cost management, project scheduling, reporting, and risk management for the programme.
  • •Facilitate programme controls meetings to align expectations and optimize schedule, cost, and risk performance using consistent methodology.
  • •Monitor and report programme projects from promotion through completion, relaying cost, time, and risk information to the programme director for strategic decisions.
  • •Recruit and mentor a team of project controls professionals and coordinate reporting with programme controls office functions.
  • •Direct, support, and performance manage cost, schedule, and risk leads; oversee reporting cadences, programme scheduling, and monthly reviews/risk workshops as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree, and/or at least 15+ years’ experience.
  • •At least 3+ years of aviation industry experience.
  • •Knowledge of project financial and cost management systems.
  • •Knowledge of risk management systems, including development of corporate and project risk strategies.
  • •Significant experience leading and organizing teams within an operational service delivery area.
