•Perform fact-finding regarding crop damage and record information to determine potential indemnities.
•Complete claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned.
•Maintain knowledge of regulatory policies and contribute to team projects as needed.

•RCIS Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements: walk in fields up to 3 miles, climb storage bins up to 25 feet, lift 25-50 lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions
