Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive technical and operational direction from the Project Manager.
  • •Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities, monitoring personnel for quality control and adherence to project plans.
  • •Review manpower, material, and equipment requirements as directed by the supervising superintendent.
  • •Assist with compliance of safety program requirements and OSHA safety and record keeping.
  • •Maintain project records (daily diaries, project logs, RFIs, submittal logs, agreements) and prepare progress reports.

Key Requirements
