Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and oversight of new clients onboarding to the Addepar platform, fitting solutions to unique and complex requirements.
  • •Provide hands-on client support by identifying, responding to, and resolving issues and questions from clients.
  • •Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
  • •Collaborate with R&D teams on root-cause analysis and partner with Product and Account Management to maintain client satisfaction.
  • •In later rotations, support solution design and project implementations while communicating project health and status to internal and external leadership.
