Job Summary

Own the Field Intelligence product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Field Service, guiding end-to-end quarterly delivery across structured data capture, multi-modal inputs, and customer-contributed content. Lead the migration from Flow to the new Data Capture substrate, evolve forms/fields and validation logic, and embed AI capabilities powered by Agentforce. Collaborate with Scheduling, Work Orders, Mobile Platform, and AI/Einstein teams to ensure captured data flows into automation, reporting, and model training pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Field Intelligence roadmap end-to-end from vision and strategy through quarterly delivery.
•Lead the Flow Migration Program, defining migration path, tooling, and incentives to move the installed base to Data Capture.
•Drive evolution of forms, fields, validation logic, and repeated sections used by captured-data workflows.
•Build multi-modal input experiences (image, video, signature, barcode, voice memo, scanned document capture) for offline-first, hardware-integrated mobile environments.
•Collaborate across Scheduling, Work Orders, Mobile Platform, and AI/Einstein teams to ensure captured data flows into automation, reporting, and model training pipelines.

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of product management experience shipping mobile apps, enterprise data platforms, form builders, or field productivity tools.
•Hands-on experience designing or shipping AI-powered features, including LLM integrations, predictive UX, or intelligent automation.
•Deep understanding of offline-first mobile architectures and cross-platform (iOS/Android) tradeoffs.
•Fluency with data modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and deploying to large, distributed field workforces.
•Comfort working with engineering on APIs, data schemas, sync architectures, and mobile SDKs; plus change-management experience through platform transitions.
