•Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.

•Plan visual floor changes with the management team using payroll management and adapting zone and visual support to business needs.
•Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
•Partner with management to coach and develop associates, including recruitment and providing constant feedback using company performance tools.
