Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality, finance, HR, and other applicable company regulations.
  • •Manage inventory cataloguing, verification, and stock control across multiple warehouses to maintain accurate stock levels aligned with inventory plans.
  • •Conduct regular stock counts, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records in databases.
  • •Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams for timely replenishment and to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • •Supervise and mentor inventory staff, and assume warehouse superintendent duties when on leave while supporting warehouse/supply chain coordination and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with grades 4 and above in Maths and English.
  • •B Sc Degree (Purchasing & Supply) or Full CIPS UK Graduate Professional Diploma.
  • •Membership of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
  • •Five years working experience in supply chain management functions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ERP systems such as Pronto; skilled in stock cataloguing and classification systems (Auslang and NATO Coding & Classifications Systems).
