Director - Regulatory

Lead regulatory strategy and execution for natural gas pipeline certificates and compliance matters across interstate, intrastate, Hinshaw, and NGL pipelines. Manage Section 7 applications, Order 609 outreach notifications, tariff filings, permits, and regulatory reports for U.S. state agencies plus Canadian and Mexican regulators. Serve as a liaison with FERC staff and other agencies across project phases, oversee data request responses, and mentor a team.
