  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to ensure store readiness
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising through restock, destock, and visual changes in partnership with the Visual Manager
  • •Own visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines
  • •Utilize reporting tools with management to identify opportunities for product placement, outfitting, and stock optimization

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of retail or fashion retail leadership experience with a track record of managing store visuals and merchandising
  • •strong knowledge of visual merchandising standards and product presentation
  • •ability to analyze reporting data to drive product placement, stock levels and store performance
  • •excellent communication and people leadership skills with experience coaching a team
  • •willingness to work opening/closing and weekend shifts as needed
