Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality, client-first experience. Educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities by identifying needs and routing or referring clients to appropriate teams. Follow internal controls, risk management policies, and branch procedures, while continuously building product and sales/service knowledge.
