Branch Leader I, II or III - Second Street

Lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned Truist branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Grow revenue by expanding small business expertise and mass affluent relationships through face-to-face client work, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, while partnering with IRM and operations stakeholders. Manage human capital activities including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance counseling.
