Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker, building trusted relationships with individuals and businesses through a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver or refer investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Achieve sales and referral goals by developing referral pipelines, partnering with branch and line-of-business teammates, and supporting branch operations while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Deliver and refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions, consistently attaining individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
•Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to conduct meaningful financial conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations by assisting with client transactions and participating in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners through centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
