Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy equipment (forklifts 4K–10K, RTCH, ATLAS, Kalmar, loaders, cranes, rough-terrain vehicles) to support cargo movement and turn-in operations.
  • •Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers in compliance with Army and DOT securement standards; stage vehicles and materiel between staging, inspection, and storage areas.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) before, during, and after use; report deficiencies and coordinate repairs per Army technical manuals and site procedures.
  • •Maintain operator logs, equipment inspection records, and usage reports; update movement logs and records for audit readiness in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • •Support mass turn-in events and coordinate with supply, material, and transportation personnel; adhere to Army, OSHA, and company safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a military or contractor environment.
  • •Army safety and supply regulations familiarity (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army maintenance standards (AR 750-1, DA PAM 750-8).
  • •Operation and PMCS proficiency for forklifts, loaders, and rough-terrain material handling equipment (MHE).
  • •Army OF 346 equipment operator’s license required (or ability to obtain); forklift/MHE certification preferred.
  • •Ability to read and follow Army technical manuals (TMs) and work orders; English reading/writing proficiency.
