Job Summary

Own and evolve the full lifecycle journey—from lead nurture and trial conversion through onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention. Build segmented, personalized email and lifecycle programs that support product-led, mid-market sales-assisted, and enterprise go-to-market motions. Partner with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to operationalize nurture and automation in Marketo, Gainsight, and Salesforce, measure performance, and continuously optimize funnel conversion and engagement using behavioral and funnel data.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across the full customer journey, including lead nurture, trial onboarding, activation, conversion, engagement, expansion, and retention.
•Build segmented lifecycle and email journeys tailored to customer behavior, lifecycle stage, persona, product usage, and buying intent.
•Drive product-led growth and trial conversion by partnering with Product and Customer Success to improve onboarding and activation outcomes.
•Support multi-motion go-to-market journeys by coordinating nurture and acceleration programs with Demand Generation, ABM, and Sales and aligning with integrated GTM priorities.
•Operationalize, scale, and measure lifecycle programs using Marketo, Gainsight, Salesforce, testing frameworks, and lifecycle metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles.
•Proven experience building lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, expansion, and retention stages.
•Strong experience supporting both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
•Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce required; Gainsight preferred, including building nurture programs and triggered email workflows.
•Analytical mindset with experience using customer, funnel, and product usage data to drive lifecycle optimization decisions.
