Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions through workshops, prototyping, and iterative delivery.
  • •Collaborate with customers across the lifecycle (workshops, reviews, UAT) to refine and optimize production-ready SAP AI solutions.
  • •Design and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions on SAP BTP, including RAG pipelines, chatbots, document processing, and agent-to-agent workflows.
  • •Build and manage SAP AI Core pipelines (training, model serving, and monitoring) and integrate AI experiences via CAP and Fiori.
  • •Define AI development standards, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and support pre-sales PoCs and technical demos.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • •7+ years of software development, including 5+ years in SAP BTP development and/or AI/ML engineering in enterprise SAP environments.
  • •Proven delivery of production-grade SAP AI solutions across design, development, and deployment using modern frameworks such as CAP and Fiori (and integration frameworks).
  • •Hands-on AI/agent expertise with SAP AI Foundation and Generative AI Hub, including model deployment, serving, and workflow orchestration.
  • •Professional fluency in German and English (C1+).
