Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate scalable production-grade APIs used across CoverMyMeds.
  • •Develop and maintain TypeScript/Node.js and Python services, including Kafka-based event-driven integrations.
  • •Design and maintain PostgreSQL relational database schemas and build infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • •Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automated deployment processes; assist with migrations and adoption of platform capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 218,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • •Experience designing, building, and operating production APIs and backend services.
  • •Experience developing backend services with TypeScript/Node.js and Python, plus Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with relational schemas in PostgreSQL, infrastructure as code with Terraform, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and production issue troubleshooting.
