Oversee administration, risk management, and relationship management for fiduciary and investment accounts for the Trust team in the Heartland Market. Serve as a senior resource and coach to Trust Officers, addressing escalated issues and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Provide expert fiduciary advice grounded in trust law and interpret fiduciary documents. Ensure all corporate and regulatory compliance standards are met, including people leadership activities such as reviews and corrective coaching.
