Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of procurement professionals and oversee procurement activities for project materials, equipment, and services in line with schedules, specifications, and budgets.
  • •Implement the project procurement execution strategy and oversee RFQs, commercial evaluations, and PO award through the project procurement group.
  • •Resolve RFQ/PO commercial and Terms & Conditions issues and lead vendor commercial clarification discussions during the pre-award stage.
  • •Monitor procurement-related activities and performance, provide direction and support to ensure delivery of project procurement requirements, and report trends in price and delivery.
  • •Own and lead enforcement of compliance with McDermott policies/procedures, including staff performance reviews, training completion, and continuous improvement of procurement methodologies.

  • •Engineering graduate.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Supply chain functional, O&G business, industry, and leadership expertise/background.
  • •Strong organizational and business analysis skills across multiple functions.
