Job Summary

Develop Human-Machine Optimization (HMO) and High Performance Control Room solutions for power and water utility customers, using Emerson’s Ovation™ Distributed Control System. Create operator graphics/visualizations, configure alarm management, and analyze alarm and operational data to recommend process improvements. Partner with plant operators and engineers through workshops, then support integration, factory testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance while managing schedules and priorities to deliver projects successfully.

•Facilitate collaborative workshops with plant operators, engineers, and customer stakeholders to understand operational challenges and develop practical solutions.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex information into practical solutions.
•Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, operators, engineers, and project teams.
•Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
