Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior technical leadership to project teams on dam and levee work spanning planning, design, inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Lead geotechnical design and analyses for dams, including slope stability, seepage, and seismic performance evaluations.
  • •Manage and support large multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex dam infrastructure projects, including deputy project management on major projects.
  • •Oversee field exploration programs, soil/rock characterization, laboratory testing programs, and development of stabilization measures.
  • •Prepare and review technical reports and support independent dam safety inspections and PFMA, while mentoring engineers and supporting business development.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of relevant dam project experience, including inspection, rehabilitation, and/or design and construction (or equivalent).
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Strong technical expertise in geotechnical engineering for dams and levees, including slope stability, seepage, and seismic performance evaluations.
  • •Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate across technical disciplines.
  • •Valid Driver’s License.
