Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE and sustainability programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • •Drive risk reduction initiatives to prevent injuries, incidents, and environmental impacts while protecting people, property, and the environment.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and communicate HSE performance using leading and lagging indicators to support data-informed decision-making.
  • •Provide subject matter expertise and ownership for implementing tools, standards, training, and proven practices across the organization.
  • •Ensure ISO certification through effective audits and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering / Safety Science / Occupational Health or related technical field
  • •7+ years of experience in an HSE role
  • •Practical knowledge of HSE regulatory compliance and industry trends
  • •Experience in auditing from an EHSS perspective is an advantage
  • •NEBOSH certification strongly preferred; CSP or CIH advantageous
