•Supports P&WC organizations in managing non-conforming parts/engines.
•Monitor, support, and guide the Escape Management Process execution and coordinate executive communication.
•Issue stop delivery orders to contain non-conforming parts/engines when required.
•Influence the quality culture by ensuring non-conformities are addressed with robust corrective and preventive actions.
•Identify systemic issues and drive initiatives to address them.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
•5+ years of experience in a related functional engineering field
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Project management skills
