Lead Government Affairs activities across Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai, coordinating with municipal authorities and departments to ensure regulatory compliance, manage submissions and registrations, and maintain strong governmental relationships to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main point of contact with government entities (RAK Municipality, RAK Land Department) for submissions, approvals, and registrations.
•Manage online portals, portal uploads, and system registrations for government platforms.
•Monitor and interpret new laws, regulations, and procedures affecting operations in RAK and Dubai.
•Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and departments.
•Follow up on government transactions to ensure timely completion and approvals.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-3 years of experience in government liaison or Public Relations Officer role in Ras Al Khaimah
•Good knowledge of RAK Municipality and RAK Land Department procedures
•Proven experience with online government portals and submission platforms
•Strong organizational and time management abilities
•Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage.
