Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced technical leadership and day-to-day guidance across the reporting and data solutions lifecycle for Enterprise Expenses Data Enablement and Reporting.
  • •Drive data transformation and project management to ensure accurate, well-controlled reporting outputs for end users across enterprise businesses.
  • •Lead workstreams across design, development, testing, and deployment, including architectural governance and technical standards.
  • •Maintain ownership of critical production reporting tools and continuously enhance reporting platforms, user interfaces, and onboarding processes.
  • •Manage operational risk by identifying risks/issues early and applying controls to ensure compliance and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •MCA or BTech.
  • •12+ years of relevant experience in synergies/automation and data analysis in the banking industry.
  • •Strong analytical skills for data understanding and manipulation.
  • •Prior banking/financial services experience, preferably consumer retail banking and/or wealth/investment management.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage operational risk through process and quality control routines.
