Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
  • •Cultivate relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • •Coordinate Signature Success catalog services and provide timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance aligned to customer interests.
  • •Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features and identify potential challenges and risks during annual release cycles.
  • •Advocate for customers during triage and resolution of high-severity cases and conduct quarterly reviews with tailored release recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology consulting, or technical solutions development/architecture.
  • •Exceptional English and Arabic communication and presentation skills, able to influence at executive and C-level.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts, translate them into business terms, and map business requirements to technical features.
  • •Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies, and ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional efforts to resolve or disposition customer needs or projects; fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
